No, this has nothing to do with what happened a month ago, that was the significance behind that leg pic.

Welker is suspended for comments he made this week referring to the foot fetish thing that happened a month ago.


Basically, Ryan made videos of his wife like role playing where he is a cop and she is in her car, videoing her feet and saying funny shit, and then they posted it on a foot fetish website.
