Re: MLB Betting Challenge?
100 is okay...but I vote for 162.
Re: MLB Betting Challenge?
so its $25 entry fee and anyone can get in at anytime as long as they have the minimum bets (whatever we determine it is) in?
Winner take all or does 2nd place maybe get there $ back?
So, I guess we do need to determine the minimum before it gets to far into the season...

Re: MLB Betting Challenge?
I think averaging 1 play a day minimum would be fair. How many days in the season? Something close to 180?
I think if people want to be in they should be in before the end of April.
I'd be fine with 2nd place getting their money back.
Depending on the number of people I'd even be fine with 3rd is money back, 2nd is doubled up, 1st takes the rest.

Re: MLB Betting Challenge?
That stinks, but I don't think a single unsaved pick (that wouldn't have resulted in immediate money in your pocket, that is part of a baseball betting challenge with a set entry fee that runs the entire season) constitutes an fml event.VeniVediV1ci wrote:oh what the fuck

Haven't in about a week and a half, little break.
I'll get back
I'll get back
Re: MLB Betting Challenge?
I've been almost duplicating my bets (not the dollar amount but the bets themselves) on Sportsbook since the start of the season and have been doing well there also.
We'll see how long this will keep up. That was a pretty crazy week though, +1168.

Re: MLB Betting Challenge?
Great "bad beat" stretch for me the last two days now.
Yesterday:
Yanks blow 5-1 lead heading into the bottom of 6th
Angels blow 4-3 lead entering bottom of 9th
Today:
Giants blow 3-1 lead entering bottom of 8th

Re: MLB Betting Challenge?
Yanks definitely should have swept the series, yesterday was bullshit sorry joe.
And the Giants led all game until the bottom of the 8th, sucks how that happens (i lost the over by a 1/2 on that one cuz i went for better juice actually)

Taking a beating this month. Down around a thou in the challenge (which has concurrently wiped out my sportsbook account which I bet at 1/10 of this contest).
