NC State is getting new uniforms this year. Seems incredibly generic.

I like simple but I would have preferred they used something like NC State or Wolfpack instead of just state if I was an NCSU fan.

No. Arkansas needs to figure it out. But as Houston Nutt once said, "I love that helmet!"

Back to NC State - it's a rebranding initiative according to the release. They think older fans will love it.

I like it all and I think the orange jerseys will look good but the white helmets were always nice. I think the value of the plain white helmet with a good logo is often underrated.

The Uni Watch college football preview is up on ESPN Page 2. I love uni watch. Anyway, here's some of the highlights, at least in my opinion.

They say Cincy won't be using these helmets this season. They should.


Rutgers has some of the most boring unis around. With a mascot like the Scarlet Knights you'd think they could come up with something more interesting than a big ass R on the helmet. This is a step in the right direction.


Strangely enough, I like the Michigan throwbacks. I still hate Michigan though.


Goddamn Purdue sucks.


Southern Miss sucks too, or at least this helmet does. What the fuck?


Just when you thought Bowling Green couldn't get any uglier. They're giving Wyoming a run for their money.
