Name the other 4, and then tell me their W-L records. That's the amazing part.shel311 wrote:If he's amazing, what does that make Rodgers? Lol.trendon wrote:I know some of you guys hate him. I don't. The guy is amazing.
He's one of the 5 worst starting QBs in the league, like him or not. I don't see how that's amazing.

Re: Tim Tebow
I went to the game last night. It was an amazing atmosphere, everyone knew it was "Tebow Time"
with 5 minutes to go. You could feel it and knew the Jets were going to lose.
What cracks me up is all the "experts" go on and on about how he can't throw like a real NFL qb yet teams that are predicted to do well, i.e. the Jets, Ravens, etc have Sanchez and Flacco. They look like real qbs yet their offense are no better than Denvers'. Tebow may not know how to read pass defense yet but he sure knows how to read run defense and he is just killing teams when it matters most.
Who knows how the Tebow "thing" will really work out but right now it is quite a story. If (big if)he can just learn his timing, get some better wrs and improve his accuracy he will be the ultimate weapon. All he has to do is get to the red zone and its a touchdown.
GOD BLess!
Also, gotta love Darrel Revis. He yammered all week about how he would be "bored". But then he had a chance to make a play, to try and tackle Tebow on the game winning drive and he Ole'd him. What a fucking pussy. The best cb in the league? Nah, that would be Champ Bailey. Champ never gives up and he is one the most sure tacklers in the game.

He is winning.
He is a winner.
He will win.
I'm not a fan, but you can not dispute the work ethic, the desire and the competitiveness. What is he a 2nd year player? Come on, can't discount what he is doing. Helps to have a great defense, but hell, he is finding ways to win for his team. How many rushing TD's now?

Re: Tim Tebow
Living in Colorado the one thing that has been missing since elway retired, other than having a hall of fame quarterback and a chance of winning a super bowl, is when Denver has needed either a field goal/touchdown to win or tie a game late in the fourth as a fan you never had confidence that Griese, Plummer, Frerotte, Beuerlein, Cutler, Orton, could lead the team for the much needed points. That was the Great thing about Elway and being a Bronco Fan in the 80's and 90's no matter how out reach or impossible the score was you always felt Elway was going to find a way and that is what the Mile High Magic was and how it started. He didnt always do it, but when he did it was exciting. Tebow is no Elway, and may never be, but for 4 of his wins he has brought those memories and magic back and has given Denver fans a little taste of what has been missing Since Elway has retired,
