NBA Offseason
Re: NBA Offseason
Wonder if a team will draft Gonzaga's Robert Sacre. 7-footer, great kid and plays extremely hard. Could be a nice pickup in the later rounds. I'm rooting for him.

god...fucking...damn...it
Re: NBA Offseason
Raptors is an example of taking need instead of best available. almost always a bad idea.
get needs thru trades or free agency. draft the best player

Re: NBA Offseason
Drummond and Monroe up front, I like.
Drummond
Monroe
Prince
Stuckey
Knight
This could be the first time since the championship starting five broke up I like the Pistons starting five.

I've heard he's got a lot of "me first" attitude problems and that he caused problems within the team at Duke. He has a Carmelo mentality, wants lot of shots....but he doesn't have the size or talent.

S14: N Texas 7-1
S15: Wake 8-5
S16-21: Washington 9-4, 10-3, 8-5, 9-4, 7-6, 6-7
S22: Ohio 8-5
S23: ECU 12-2
S24-26: Kentucky 8-5, 5-7, 5-7
Career: 102-61
Re: NBA Offseason
he's the type of player i hate.
uses the ball alot, not very efficient.
Drummond is the 3rd freaky-ish athlete i've ever seen. 1) Lebron 2) Usain Bolt 3) Drummond
he's a legit 7 ft 275 lb and was the fastest kid on the UConn team and jumps thru the roof. a complete freak, not a great basketball player, but a complete freak

Sounds good to me. I may actually watch a Pistons game this season instead if just reading you hacks all year

What's the deal with John Henson? He was top ten in nearly every mock I saw.
Re: NBA Offseason
I didn't watch Uconn much over the last few seasons,, What is the word on Lamb Driccio?

Re: NBA Offseason
And the Cavs just traded the rest of their draft for Tyler Zeller...
As if Cleveland fans didn't have enough reasons for self-loathing

Re: NBA Offseason
Lamb is...
upside -- Brandon Roy
downside -- Lawrence Moten
probably -- Kerry Kittles/Richard Hamilton
plays 'smooth' almost like he's in slow motion. really long, has some assanine wingspan (think it might have been as big as drummond's) can shoot from midrange. he dominated team usa u20 or whatever team he was on last summer. he was projected as a top 3 pick immediately following that but had a decent but not breakout season most expected from him last year.
he puts you to sleep watching him, but he's really effective.

He looks unnatural. It looks like someone photoshopped a 7 footer's arms onto him.DRiccio21 wrote:really long, has some assanine wingspan (think it might have been as big as drummond's).

Re: NBA Offseason
PJ3 still around... if this kid reaches his potential, someone is going to get a steal. Nothing like lottery level talent sitting on the board as round 1 ends.
