Anyone else having this issue?

Okay three different times now I've noticed something wrong in the game. It has happened with BigMike, Block, and myself when i played Doc. There is a glitch or something in the server/game i'm not sure but it effects one guy on both sides of the ball. It happened to a lineman and DB for me they were stuttering around to their position on the field and in game play they barely move if at all leaving people unblocked or worse receivers wide open. Has anyone else seen this in their games? If it happens what should be the appropriate action because I'm wouldn't want to continue if it was happening to me or my opponent. It isn't fair IMO and both coaches should just agree to stop there and restart from the point they were at. But that's why i wanted to bring this to the attention of the powers that be.

haven't played much so i haven't seen it, but restarts are so awful i would almost say it's a "too bad" type thing though i'm still unsure what exactly happens
