OracleHCR wrote:Holy crap!! Washington jumped out to a 21 - 0 lead on me at the end of the first quarter and then 28 - 7 midway through the 3rd quarter by way of the 7, I'll type it again 7 friggin Ints thrown by my qb's. 2 of them probably should have been picked the rest were unbelievable. Anyways I managed to tie the game up with 5 seconds left in regulation and eventually won in the 3rd OT.

I've had a little luck on the recruiting front as well considering the nightmare I took over. I had 20 recruits visiting the first week I had ND with most of them not having been recruited much at all. I cut it down to 14 and have the rest coming back week 10 so I could actually find out what was important to them. Anyways I was able to grab the #1 and #5 CB's and a 4 star QB. I've also got a soft commit from the #2 HB and have the #1 QB maxed out in interest.
Nice Nice.... Notre Dame is easy to recruit with but usually the top guys arent the best for some reason. Some are and some aren't You have to actually look at their builds... some of them are all hype and their builds are crap haha.

I didn't know they could come back. Maybe I will see if they want to come back. I dont think it even asks me! Any info on that?

They aren't actually coming back, I meant that I rescheduled their visits.

The #1 CB is a stud. I always check their builds before I recruit them. He's fast, has high awareness, and is rated high in both man and zone coverage. He'll win the thorpe at the golden dome. If the #2 HB commits I'm going to convert him to a fb because he's a big power back that should be pretty good by his junior year. ;)

Tuesday Morning. Sorry I should have posted that.

I just want to let you guys know that I was drunk off my ass last night and fell asleep playing the game last night haha I woke up at 3 in the morning and I turned off the game and passed out in my bed. I just wanted to tell you guys so you dont wonder why I have a restarted game. I remember on the first play I rolled out to the right and bombed a pass deep and I caught it for a Touchdown but then after that i remember nothing haha

If you guys want me to sim the game or something as a penalty let me know. Sorry about that guys!

I say its no big deal. Its not like it has become a problem in the league. I know I had my 2 disconnects and got it in on my 3rd try, and nobody gave a shit (probably because I lost :D ) It hasnt ran rampant in the league so I play it.

so i played sjsu this afternoon. im up 35-7 at the half. i hate the computer. i fumbled the ball 4 times inside my 20yd line!!!! SJSU ended up tying the game up late in the 4th quarter. I was just shaking my head, couldnt believe it. I ended up booting a 40yd field goal for the win. Oh Yeah they had a punt return too!

Week 10 is here.... we have two ranked teams... Michigan State at number 5 and Ole Miss at number 25. Who is next?

I just lost my number 1 recruit to FSU... a beast of a WR. :( and it looks like i will not get a lot of the players I thought I once was going to get. Tough times haha

Alright week 10 is up till Friday morning. Thanks guys!

Friday I'm driving down to Tampa to hang out for the weekend and take my son and a buddies son to the UFC fight on Saturday. I'll get this game in and hopefully I'll be able to get in the week when you advance Friday morning. So I'll only miss one week.

Yea my best friend is deployed right now and his son is stuck with mom and sister and he needs some man time. His wife is going a little crazy with the two kids and needs some time to hang out also so my wife is taking her to a comedy club the night of the fights. I cant wait, they were good to my wife and son when I was in Iraq and now its time to repay them. He'll be back in April and I cant wait, its like we are brothers but our wives call us girlfriends.

Took down Oklahoma on the road. Forced Bradford into 5 INT's, but they came a roaring back at the end of the game. I put it away with a 4th and inches goal line dive to put me up by 15 with 15 seconds left in the game. I didnt know if I wanted to just hit the FG or make him drive 99.99 yards with 1 timeout and having to hit a 2pt conversion to tie it with little to no time left if he stuffed me. I've been beat that way before so I figured go for it and cross the fingers.

I also have 7 total recruits committed now after this week. Had two big 5 star recruits commit this week. One was an Athlete (#6 overall I think) who stands 6'4" and weighs 236, looks like he plays on the defensive side, he'll probably be an OLB from the looks of it.

Fell behind 17-0 to #15 Wisconsin before Javon Ringer woke up the team. As much as I dislike Hoyer, I ALMOST regret not starting him this season
