A few teams could be assigned on the coaching report tool because their owners did no sign-up for the tool. They are:

I have tried to sign up for the coach report tool but it keeps telling me that my password is incorrect. Doing the league daddy sign up now.

That's because your account was not activated. I just activated you and assigned you Eastern Michigan so you should be all set.
