As an organization mode, what else can they do??? They got 3 of Toronto top prospects, got rid of the ridiculous 22million and 18 million contracts, and they have shown to do this and win in the past. Why is everyone so shocked?????

i don't know, maybe trade them individually?
maybe give them more than a season to figure it out? if you don't think stockpiling 150 million in contracts and back loading all of them and not allowing no trade clauses after getting a publicly financed stadium and then dumping 130 million of that is bad/criminal management then i don't know what to tell you.
this sounds like the type of managament i'd expect to see from the Dallas Drillers.
