What I find funny is the fact that anyone thought I was complaining lol. I finished where I should have, even if I had finished further down I'm sure there would have been a justified reason for doing so. I wasn't complaining or arguing I was asking a question which I guess a lot of people must have missed lol. I was happy to finally get the monkey off my back of losing to Weasel in the B1G and that is it. Honestly the only goal I had for myself this season. Anything else is a privilege, as I'm very privileged to be playing in my first BCS Bowl............ What's there to complain about? So for those of you that assumed or was under that impression that I was complaining I apologize for giving that notion. I wasn't :D

This sentence from your original post is why I, personally, thought you were complaining...

... But I was also confused because 1) Arkansas DIDN'T jump you, and 2) because I couldn't figure out where the hell you were going with it.. So I just figured you were pissed!

Just thought you would appreciate where I was coming from on the topic.. Like I said before, I voted you ahead of me in the polls. You won your conference.

no the question was directed to champagne not everyone. He said he voted VT 2 and ark 3, so I was asking him just so I could get an understanding on his decision. Just pretty much trying to open my eyes to other peoples perspectives on the matter.

Well if it is between you or VT, obviously VT is the big winner, you each have one loss and your loss is to him so you can't jump him on that alone. Even if your one loss wasn't to him I think he would still jump you. Looks like your only quality wins are against Michigan St.. VT beats Clemson twice, he beats #4 ranked Wisconsin, Arizona, North carolina . So between you and him it isn't close, he gets the nod.

So between you and Arkansas I give Arkansas the slight nod. You both have one loss, your loss coming to the #2 team and his coming against the #1 team. That isn't a big argument by itself but quality of wins makes a small difference also, you beat #15 Mich St. twice, Arkansas beats North Carolina and destroys a very solid South Carolina team. He proves more with the SC win and edges you out.

Hey I realize the argument of me being in the BCS has stopped but I would like to add in that even though I lost the sun belt I did have the same conference record as FAU and a better season record 11-1 against his 9-3, lost the sun belt to him on the tie breaker of him beating me... and yes they aren't to notch bcs teams, but I did beat Missouri (S E C) & i beat Rutgers (BigEast ) by double digits and as for being ranked higher than block and Colorado State, i beat him in our OOC game, and as for BCS game vs Jake who by the way was in the national championship last year, i lost to him 37- 35 on a 2pt attempt that was intercepted.

You definitely proved you were worthy of that game with that score. Great job in that game and I kinda feel bad I robbed you of that perfect season(ok, maybe not, it was the highlight of my season after all and it turned into a crap load of bonus points, lol). It was a lot of fun playing in the non-bcs conference, only bad thing is the participation level in these conferences seemed to be much worse than others, if not for that I might have considered staying. lol.

If John had won the Sun Belt I wouldn't mind at all but seeing as FIU did beat CSU (albeit on a field goal with no time left for a two point win in the first block) BUT didn't even win the Sun Belt conference, repeat Sun Belt conference, they shouldn't have been in the BCS. That also means CSU wasn't worthy as we couldn't even state a case over FIU having lost to them but voters love a good record and FIU and CSU both had great records so we shot up the ranks despite not being completely deserving.

You said it right there! Voters love a good record in NDL haha.

Season 1 Madden - Seattle Seahawks 12-4 NFC Champoinship game (lost)
