I question the formula that allowed Biffy to go 17-85 over a 5 game stretch and be selected as a Gold memeber. Unpossible.

What are Leagues?

League Play allows you to compete in monthly skill-based ladders. Compete solo or as a team to see how you match up with Call of Duty players around the world.

Divisions

Your performance in a season’s placement matches will determine which division you or your team is placed in. There are a total of six divisions (listed below), with each division resetting at the start of each season. Each division is broken up into subdivisions of 250 players. These players in your subdivision will be whom you directly compete with.
•Masters: top 2% of the active population
•Platinum: next 18%.
•Gold: next 20%.
•Silver: next 20%.
•Bronze: next 20%.
•Iron: bottom 20%. <<<< Biffy

Seasons

League Play is broken up into seasons, each lasting approximately thirty calendar days. At the end of a season, there will be a brief window of time before the next season starts. This period of time is known as preseason. During preseason, we are finalizing results of the previous season as well adjusting the game rules and map rotations as necessary. You can play and practice during preseason, but these games won’t count for league ladders. The current season and how much time remains in it will be displayed to you in-game.

I like it, something different. I'm not sure how to setup a team yet tho. We were on the same team but all our rankings were individual.

Awesome... a ranking system to argue about that can supplement the SPM rants. Looking forward to the forum banter. :-)

i assume Hoos is getting older. As a result his formerly "solid" shooter skills now come and go. Sketchy

He must see it to. He actually goes for objectives now unlike in the past

Hoos gameplay is much like Eddie Murphy's movie career. Great for a period but awful for decades.

Need to figure out team stuff. Member limits and such. Also, mic up horsewoman.

Hoos misses the days of being a bronze medal. Now he just gets participant ribbons.

Is there a benefit to everyone playing in League Games when they happen to be randomly online with no other guys to play with? I think it still matches you to people "at your level" during the League Games. Perhaps that would help newer guys (or guys that are just awful like me) get more comfortable with the game and improve? Do you get any perks or bonuses for League Games?
