Re: 2022 - Season - (SoCal Claims WS)
File up. Email sent. Website updated. (I'll do minor league updates tomorrow sometime)
I'll update this thread as I finalize the season rollover. I'm going to take Thu-Fri pretty much away from OOTP and do most of the rollover Sat/Sun. My hope is that we have a rollover file available Sun night/Mon morning.
I will NOT be pulling exports from this file, so do NOT bother uploading. I've sent emails dating back to the end of the regular season. If you identify an IFA that you didn't have a chance to sign, or one that happens to be available right now, then please send me a PM with their information and I will review it and submit the offer for you, if possible.
Please stay tuned to the thread for further updates.

Re: 2022 - Season - (SoCal Claims WS)
Thanks to everyone for the congrats.
I took a few risks this season and at the end of last season's trade period to try to make a push right now (Valles' huge contract, acquiring Pablo Garcia, trading for Becker, moving my top prospects like Moran, Stark and N. Cross)... I was basically swinging for the fences and it just so happened to pay off. Pablo Garcia still scares the hell out of me... but he was solid. Wan/Garcia were everything I hoped for. I'd give them the nod as co-MVPs. Great seasons from many teams. There are a lot of young, talented pitching staffs that are coming around right now... Washington, Dallas, and Detroit to name a few. A lot of playoff fun in their futures. Plus I think this season showed that the 'old guard' of NY, PO, Alb, Chi aren't dead yet.
As for the playoffs tonight... I looked at the clock around 11, before the LCS even started... and had already made up my mind that even though this felt like it was taking forever, it was absolutely worth the time investment. I loved the strategy that was involved and the tremendous amount of participation, not only from the teams that were still alive, but those that just wanted to get a look at the experience. I'll try to make the timing a little more friendly next season... but expect this to be the standard going forward.
Another great season down for NDL OOTP... here's to many more to come!

I totally agree. I think it also took so long because we had way more injuries than last year and guys had to redo everything.ReignOnU wrote:

Not to mention Trendon serving bloody Mary's as he is arranging his lineups.
The strategy and real time updates are worth it.
Congrats again and hope to battle you in the future if we can grow into our potential.
