I have a couple of read options, power options, triple options and shovel options in my playbook. I've noticed I run about 8 of those plays a game and just sling the rock all over the place. Up till last year I was a predominately run based offense, last year I threw the ball and threw it often and enjoyed the game more than any other year. I'm going to see if it's still the case this year.

Sorry I'm late to the party, shel... You know, I pretty much just spent an entire day sifting through the many SG formations finding option plays that I liked, that had constraint plays to them. If it didn't have some sort of PA, or other type of option play off of that same look, I tossed it.

A good book to start with, other than Oregon's, was Auburn. However, the playbook I have now looks nothing like either of them!

I have found that most 3 WR, 1 TE formations fit my style the best. So that is what I went with.. Of course, I have sprinkled in a few 4WR formations, and some 2 back stuff as well. But all in all, it's all about what you're comfortable with and what you enjoy doing.

Two questions related to Flag Offense workshop attendance:
1. Is my 10 year old too big to play with the 6-7 year old kids?
2. Will there be snacks?
