Well, we had our chance...3 game set against Albany for the last playoff spot...o'well. We are young and hopefully this was not a fluke year, but more of what is to come for the Alcoholics' organization for the future.

Only one record is in jeopardy of falling aside from pitcher's winning percentage (a nonsense stat, to be honest). Triples.

Record: 14, Martin Ramirez (SHL, 2023) & Jarred Ballard (SXC, 2011)

Honolulu's Stanley Frost has 13 triples with six games to go but is currently tired so he will likely miss a game. Honolulu's Ball Park at the Harbor isn't exactly a triples paradise (he still has 11 of his 13 triples at home, though) and a three game set at NorCal's bandbox won't help much either.

South Park's Vincent Kelly, on the other hand, is in good form and has a nice trip to Phoenix to play in their extremely triple-friendly park.

Kelly not only finished one triple short of the record, he finished one hit shy of 200. Ugh. That said, I'll take a league-high 67 steals, 199 hits, and 97 runs scored for a solid rookie season.

Team collapses down the stretch, goes 1-5, and loses the division by 1 game. I had more injuries this sim than in any entire month of the season

And now we get to face Phoenix, the team we lost two of three to this week.
