thanks....
i download at a "prime" time (EVENING) and rarely have issues.

probably just perception, but it seems that the ones who use this the most are having the most issues with DLs
TeamViewer has nothing to do with my downloading issues.
I only use Teamviewer throughout the day when I am at work. Those downloads, usually, go quick and are successful.
When I am home in the evenings, I am in front of my pc and doing the download.

No shit sherlock!
That is why we have been trying to narrow down the issue.
If it is the host, Reign can reach out, or I volunteered too, if he can give me the guys contact info and we can see if it is a particular server having the issue or what the deal is.
If it is bandwidth on the host end, they either need to up their upload capacity or add more servers.
We can put something called a sniffer on this network, I can give him my IP address and we can look at the hops my machine takes during downloading.
We can do that over say a week and if it is the same server every time, then we can look into that or so on.

I was using teamviewer today and I try and put a guy on the DL and it won't let me click. I'm using iPhone connected to a Mac. Not sure why. I've tried over and over. I'll just wait, but would have liked to do a couple things during down time today. Also, won't do me any good if I can't actually make changes.
Yea, i have issues trying to click on things as well. I'll have the mouse pointer right on whatever i need, and have to click it like 10 times before it works.
cougnix wrote:Yeah, I think it would be easier with an iPad.
Much easier on the iPad.
And I forgot to mention in my thread about teamviewer, I use a stylus and you learn if you click down on what you want, while holding down, move the stylus around slightly and end back on what you were trying to click on, it will select that option.
It is just a second or two of pushing down, moving around and letting off on the option I want to select.
If the iPad supported a mouse, I would be in heaven.
I read that Android tablets do. The iPad does if it is hacked.

Finally, an upcoming homestand for the Knights. The first month and two days of play they had 18 road games. The young kids suck on the road, struggling with a 4-14 road record.
Raul Ramirez finally breaks from his slump and crushes 4 HR with 9 RBI last week.
Second year pitcher Paul Johnson is showing good promise. He has ERA under 4 and is racking up the K's with 33 in 28 IP. Two of his last four starts he notched 10 ks vs. Sheltown and 10 Ks vs. NE along with zero walks.
Bittersweet sim for the Polar Bears. Lose Blanton for 8 months with a rotator cuff and Robert Hart for 3 weeks with a rotator cuff strain. IN THE SAME GAME! But, the Bears go 6-0 on the week with the offense getting going with Lewis, Graham and Brown doing work at the plate. I may be looking for a pitcher, so I'll be scouring the blocks and the wire for guys...
