Huge 6-0 week for the Cows, finally putting it together. 12 of 16 in the W column has us sitting at 26-20 despite no Torres (best pitcher in the first month) being out 2-3 months.
What makes me the happiest is that I'm not relying on just one hitter; all 9 of my starters have at least 20 RBI, 5 have at least 5 HR. Still need some players to get their act together but on the whole, a solid start for the team. Bill Wallace earning his paycheck, 7-0 with a 2.95 ERA. Hopefully he can keep it going as we hit a tough stretch with six vs Chicago, three vs Philly, and 3 vs Phoenix in the next three weeks.
S14: N Texas 7-1
S15: Wake 8-5
S16-21: Washington 9-4, 10-3, 8-5, 9-4, 7-6, 6-7
S22: Ohio 8-5
S23: ECU 12-2
S24-26: Kentucky 8-5, 5-7, 5-7
Career: 102-61
Tough 1-5 week for the Aces. Won our fist game followed by 5 straight losses vs LE & LV, 3 of which were 1-run games. I realize this is still a young team that is growing together so I expect some growing pains. I am however very dissapointed in the play of my vets. Everyone has been wildly inconsistent thus far.
To make matters worse my star rookie Dale Turner goes down for 5-6 weeks, along with losing Childers a couple sims ago means my two most productive hitters thus far going down to injury around the same time.
Outlaws hanging tough so far this season. Early still but like what I see with what I have.
Owner is in a good mood for the first time since about 2014 or so...........Freaking ASSHOLE
nice 5-1 sim yesterday and a 3-3 today. Just wish a couple flats would happen on the Titans bus so I can gain some ground and put some pressure on them.
02/20/2027 Injury setbacks result in end of career.
We are in May skippy
It was two days ago, Hippy Lover.
Definitely not 2 days ago. He was injured before spring training/season started. His injury was one of the reasons I am rebuilding as I had nobody to take his place.
