Now that winter finally seems to have passed, I'm hoping to start adding some fun to my ride. Right now I've got the factory 19s with Blizzak winter tires on it. I think I'm going to grab a second set of rims/tires and just rotate for summer/winter. I've always been a big fan of the BMW M series and love the rims.... so considering this...
Spoiler!
That is actually the same model / yr / color as mine. The angle is a little funny.
Those are Matte Grey Breyton GTS rims. (Breyton makes the rims for BMW)
After I settle on the rims/tires (and get the brakes checked out), then it is probably on to the performance stuff. Looking to pickup about 60-70hp, so I should be sitting around 425. Not sure on rwhp.

Give it about 3 more years and I'll just buy the Charger off of you, since I'm fairly certain I'll buy another Charger, just wanna hold out and run the current one into the ground first.
Odds of you keeping it 3 more years is about as good as the odds of you keeping your GM of the Boston Minutemen job for 3 more years.

This is my car, Reign picked it out and I bought it since I know nothing about cards. It has AWD and is something called R/T
R/T stands for Road/Track package.

SXT = Standard Edition Extra
R/T = Road/Track
SRT = Street and Racing Technology

You may time it nicely and get the new model trim. Not sure how I feel about it though. Lost some of the tough looking, muscle car feel in the front and the back looks like a Dart. Feels softer or more streamlined. Hard to find the word for it. Will have to see it in person.
The stance from the rear looks a lot better. It looks more planted. I don't like the euro led's around the headlights but it looks like the grill doesn't stick out so far, which is better. The 2005 front end looked much better than the '14 front imo. I like the thought of a supercharged 6.2 L in the SRT. Maybe it''ll be able to keep up with the Shelby and ZL1.
I haven't done too much research on it, but as I understand it, my G8 sits right between the R/T and SRT8, in terms of performance. With the 2015, they are shifting the SRT8 power plant (6.4 I believe) to the R/T. They haven't announced what is going to happen with the SRT8, but the hot rumor is that it's going to get the supercharged 6.2l hellcat. Expected HP should be pushing low 600s. Here's a quote you'll love...
The intent is to compete against ZL1, ZR1, GT500, and Z28. (Thanks, Danno, oh2o, JRS200x, AutoTechnician.)
I didn't like the current look of the charger either but it grew on me. I had a dart and the back looks almost identical which isn't a terrible thing just not much distinguishing features there.
Might be getting rid of my charger in the future but that's no surprise
