You don't know that, I've been after Cobb from the beginning. He wants to win.
I went after 1 of them also.

They both told me after the last sim that I had made the best offer. In fact, I even went ahead and offered a bit more to both of them as I was sure I'd lose them over the two week period. It is what it is. Just sucks to lose them like that. I've no idea what to do with this season now, I needed one of them.

Of course he told you that. He said the same to me and I pretty much met his demand. I was also after Serrano that South Dakota signed and my offer was identical to his. It isn't a flaw, it isn't time for "Whoa as Me", it's time to adjust and go a different direction. You act like there is some other reason that you aren't getting the FA or the Championship. It's a game and it isn't going to go your way. This is actually the first year that I got pieces that I set out to get. I got 3 of the 4 guys I was pursuing and that never happens. Solid Backup Catcher, Dominate reliever and and damn good Starting Pitcher. Now, I'll probably lose 100 games, but I did it having fun! Lighten up a little and go with the flow.

I said "it is what it is". I didn't say woe is me. I said it's frustrating, and it is. But people in here want everything rushed, so... Whatever.

So glad I signed Serrano he kept telling me he was going to sign with me but wanted to play the field a little bit longer. That was 3 SIMS worth! Talk about sitting on the edge of my virtual office chair!

We're talking about a game where a common response during the FA process is the player telling you that they received a better offer and the better offer came from... you. And if you don't increase your offer they're going to have to go ahead and sign with... you.

Their FA logic/code is obviously flawed somewhere.

I've gotten that before; if you click "add 10k" it'll show the REAL info (who offered more, what they want now, etc). Just a tip for the future.

I think the offseason is officially done for the Minutemen with the Jackson acquisition being the final piece to my infield puzzle.

Hopefully my manager's team chemistry rating is high with all the new additions.

I have a feeling Pat Marshall is going to have a monster season, unless he fractures his skull playing yahtzee and is out for 11 months.
