Ok. yeah he had a hell of a game, but I also only won by 10. I was down by 17 at one point, but I'm still too scared to throw a lot, so I just keep giving him the ball. He broke some long ones. I believe my opponents RB had over 200 yds rushing as well, so it wasn't lopsided at all.jsence2 wrote:Whittness10 wrote:Is this in reference to my game with Nico Evans?Wasted Memory wrote:I see the scores and stats are getting crazy stupid again. I think it's just in general
I will roll with whatever, I just don't think any drastic changes are needed just yet.

I think the sliders are jacked up enough already. But Im not thinking about the scores, Im thinking of how the game plays and the crazy animations we get now.Wasted Memory wrote:I see the scores and stats are getting crazy stupid again. Time for slider changes?

Whitt, why do you always think I'm attacking you?

The comment, in general, was just a "Hey, reel it in a little/don't get crazy" type comment.

Like I said, if the defense goes stupid and goes single coverage across the board and leaves a 99 speed WR matched up on a safety, it's going to lead to easier scores which makes it look like "oh, too easy". Certain teams (Wisky, LSU, and Georgia come to mind) on this game, their DCs just lose their minds and bring everyone once they fall behind.
I'm just gonna start going down and bleeding the clock more

Jason, just once in your life, say something like. Ok man, no problem. We'll try to reel it in some and not be crazy every week.

Eh, sorta.
Ok, go ahead. I know you'll want to get the last word in. I didn't think you were attacking me, that's why I asked. A 5 TD game from my HB is pretty unheard of around these parts, so I was just making sure. And I'm not quite sure why I would think you're always attacking meWasted Memory wrote:No.Whittness10 wrote:Is this in reference to my game with Nico Evans?Wasted Memory wrote:I see the scores and stats are getting crazy stupid again. I kinda like it at the moment, and not only should some of our stud players have big games, but sometimes the cpu truly inflates those stats. I had 5 sacks for a de recently, and 4 of them were in short span of time when the CPU just kept trying to rollout/scramble and kept running into their RT lol. I probably didn't even touch the qb on 2 of them.

Re: 2015 NCAA OD Y5 Week 4 (2/19)
Yours is a perfect example though. One game.
I'm not arguing change of the sliders, it was a sarcastic remark toward reeling in some of the unbelievable stats/blow outs game in and game out. My apologies for it getting so over blown (I blame myself and Jason for that!) I would actually hate to move the sliders, no way I'd be able to win games if they get any more difficult...
We're going to have blow outs, we're going to have stud players have great games. I simply want to make sure we're not having people "beef" up their players stats purposely. We all know when we have the game in hand. Granted it's against the CPU, but use some sportsmanship.

Re: 2015 NCAA OD Y5 Week 4 (2/19)
This happened to me in the other OD. The QB kept trying to scramble and would run into the line. I think I had 8 or 9 sacks that game. It got to be kind of funny.fsupenguin wrote:I kinda like it at the moment, and not only should some of our stud players have big games, but sometimes the cpu truly inflates those stats. Mother-in-laws car broke down, dealing with that at the moment. Should be back home soon, but probably having to make dinner. Should be free after that though.
