Re: 2015 NCAA OD Y5 Week 8 (3/4)
Ten recruits visited, three signed (including two more 5 * players). Was an important week for us.
All three rated 81 ovr, including maybe the nastiest TE recruit I've ever seen

Re: 2015 NCAA OD Y5 Week 8 (3/4)
There are two higher-rated tight ends in this class. I believe we were chasing both of them and had either me or you one or two. Both are rated 81 if I'm not mistaken.

Oh there are a lot of highly rated TE in this class. I'm still after four others.
But the one I signed.... 6'7", 240, 85 speed, terrific route runner, elusive, shifty, etc... He's just nasty.
EDIT: here he is. WR skills in a body that big....

Re: 2015 NCAA OD Y5 Week 8 (3/4)
As a HC you must spend two seasons minimum at the school. You can select a new school based upon the following criteria:nick wrote: also, when can i leave Tech? :$ 1 more season after this?
Go 6/6 in CC and Bowl Games - Any school outside Top 10
Go 4/6 in CC and Bowl Games - Any school outside Top 20*
Go 2/6 in CC and Bowl Games - Any school outside Top 25*
Go 1/6 or worse in CC and Bowl Games - Any non Power 5 Conference team with a losing record
* Excluding traditional powerhouses (These are listed in a spoiler on the first page, but change season to season based on rankings from previous seasons)
Currently you stand at 1/6.

Is the 6/6, 4/6 stuff mean you go 6-6 or 4-6, or win 6 of 6 or 4 of 6?? I was always confused by this, and just waited for you to tell me where I could and couldn't go

Let me explain. The 6/6 is referring to your conference championship and bowl game at the end of each season. In season 1, if you win both games you would be 2/6. So if you waited two seasons to move to a new school and won your CC and Bowl game each season you would now have 4 out of a possible 6 points. I say 6 because the original plan was to go 3 seasons.
So now, with 4/6 you could choose any of the below options:
Go 4/6 in CC and Bowl Games - Any school outside Top 20*
* Excluding traditional powerhouses (These are listed in a spoiler on the first page, but change season to season based on rankings from previous seasons)
If you hung around an addition year and reached the full point amount 6/6, then you could choose any school outside the Top 10.
With that said, if you went 3/6 or worse, then your options are limited to:
Go 2/6 in CC and Bowl Games - Any school outside Top 25*
Currently Whitt, you're 1/6

Actually, it's up to you. If you don't play, I'll advance us tomorrow as soon as I get home. Unsure what time that will be exactly but probably no sooner than 2 or 3 CST.
