Not sure where you mean the no offense as it isn't a requirement and I definitely had a plan to try and save as much as I can where I could being in the hole for so long.

I guess the only way I was trending to see is that most of them started as 75+ potential guys. It is by no means a science but if all of them were to be busts it may start the hypothesis even with no track record to go on.

Not the best experiment but eh.

I've got no issues with it. Have at it. It's definitely a big risk, but maybe it's a big reward. It could be the next big trend if your guys still pan out.

Financially you're gaining anywhere from 10-15 million which equates to 1-2 solid-premium FAs or 2 solid-premium IFAs...I just don't see the realistic aspect in it unless you're smarter than every MLB team . In the end I guess it just goes back to the "everyone can run their team to their liking" and maybe I'm looking into things too much . Happy Burn Bra day!

having 0 coaches isnt cheating. if you have 0 coaches they get developed at "average" speed. Ive hardly had coaches since I realized its a huge waste of money.

I also dont put $$ in player dev and i decided cause i have $70 mil extra I could put $20 mil in scouting, but ive yet to see any drastic changes to overalls to make me consider constantly spending money on scouting.

200+ IP per year looks normal to me.

Look at Esparza, Silva or Robbins on Cincy
or
Dawson, Bass, Wright or Cintron on my team.

They all have over 200 IP per year.
These are some just at a quick glance.
