Are they all IFA's?
If so there is some rule that when an IFA hits 20 or 21 that they get promoted.
But I don't remember where it puts them. I thought into your rookie league automatically at that age.

It should automatically but for some reason isn't always. Also I think one from San Antonio or Texas for example was 16 but not in the IC just in limbo. He was discovered by their scout. Players in the International Complex won't appear in the search following my steps

I don't have any of these guys.
I am not sure what you guys are seeing.
Every guy that showed up by doing DRWebs method, I know of.

DRWebs wrote:To find these guys you need to click NDL up top, Player Info, List All NDL Players. From there use the default view and organize by team name. Find your team name and check to see if there's missing players who will say they're kn your team but really just in transaction limbo who knows where

Ok, I see what you guys see with him.
Very strange.

He was found out of Mexico, but is no where in the list if I look at his entire organization.

So it hasn't become a factor in our league yet, but one gripe in other leagues is that players/managers can't die. This is gonna change in OOTP 17. Wonder how many season's itll be before we someone kicks the bucket in our league.

Late March early April '16 based off previous release dates... Id say 2040 would be a good time to switch in order to preview any problems with 17 during the 2039 season
