Miami has some big decisions coming up in the next couple of seasons to decide on going for it 1 or 2 last times and/or risking going the Port Orange Big 3 route and pulling the plug too late and enjoying quite a few years off from the playoffs.

Bonita Springs multi sport star Randy Williams has decided to discontinue his baseball career and focus full time on football. Despite his love of baseball, Williams says he likes his prospects on the gridiron better than on the diamond. "It was a tough decision, but I think it is the right one for me", said the Bucs starting pitcher. Williams, considered to be a standout defensive end, is projected as a late 1st or 2nd round pick in the upcoming NFL draft
And we thought our drafts have been shitty! Williams is 6'0, 180 and projected to be a first rounder . Oh and Nick loses one of his top prospects as his team continues to age

He's a legendary GM. He'll be fine.
That's what I keep telling Sheltown season ticket holders when I call them.
I don't do the automated thing, that's not personal enough. I personally call all 13 of them.
I also enjoy the Houston firing after he made it to the ALCS and the run they had.
With the new aspect in coaches, my guy wasn't right. I know I paid out his contract, but I signed a LOT better coach for much less. We will see how it plays out.

i still don't see it
i see it under the the trainer, its called Trainer ratings
under coaches i just see their attributes, the write up about them, the relationships but not the ratings ... what is it under?
Coaches only have their reputation, effect on player development, and player relationships. The old ratings you are used to are only accessible by the commissioner. They also have set managing style and personality type.
Trainers and scouts still have the same ratings we are used to
For anyone that was locked out of line-up changes, now that C unlocked it you have to go into team control settings under your manager page and change the line-ups/pitching rotation to your control. It didn't do this automatically.
