Jeffery has been quoted as saying, "What can I tell you? Those timepieces are the epitome of class. I can't say anything about my financial situation. Go through my lawyer."

I think he did mention Akron so yes I'll send you a variety of summer sausages and meats box versus the lame fruit baskets New England sends.
My owner wants me to sign a couple of guys to long term contracts, which is impossible. How the heck am I supposed to do what he wants, if we have every player signed this season, and we are in the top five of payroll for players?

I thought a looooong time ago we basically rendered owners obsolete, in that we turned a setting off that allowed them to control budgets based on whether they're cheap or charitable? Meaning, budgets were specifically set by numbers only.

IC is supposed to be added in addition to that 163 iirc + DL
I just sorted by all players in organization for each team. IC wasn't in affect when the rule was written is my understanding so maybe the 163 number needs to change?
My owner decided to bump my development and scouting up $3M each. Sucks that it put me in the hole to start the season and now I have zero bucks to get any FA's

You can adjust both of those numbers to where you want it.
