I can play no problem during non-peak hours until it’s fixed. For instance, I’m pulling 22 megs right now. Last night, I was pulling .71 megs.

What that have to do with anything? 16 or 8 what's it matter. Im only signed up for 5 and never have any problem what so ever with lag.
