The sheriff has come out and said this definitely did not happen. Oops!!!


They didn't say much but the speculation is McKnight got out of his car and was either trying to get into the guy's car or maybe a window was down and McKnight was assaulting or threatening the guy. Something along those lines is the theory I'm hearing today.

i watched the news conference and all I got out of it is everything we know up until this point is wrong and they don't know/ won't tell what really happened.

The sheriff said 3 shots were fired, all 3 casings were inside the shooter's car. Since the shooter walked, so the rest would be a fair speculation as to what may have happened.

McKnight also appears to possibly have been shot while at the passenger side window based on some of the pics from the crime scene.

Looks like McKnight's car is where the blue square is below, which isn't even a lane.

I'm a bit torn but I think he should. let the Seniors and D'Onta Foreman a chance to play a bowl game and enjoy the bowl experience. Regardless of the outcome, he's going to get scrutinized for either wining with Charlie's guys, or losing with a loaded team. Might as well recoup some of that buy out money its costing UT to make this move.

Looks like Texas officially declined to attend a bowl if they were to be invited. Would of been nice to see Donta break Rickys rushing record this season. He worked his ass off and deserves any and all recognition he can get.
