im actually losing interest in OOTP only cause these ridiculous ovr/pot changes at spring training are getting to be a bit much. I probably won't be trading going forward cause who knows what the fuck their attributes will be when I get them

I've been annoyed by this ever since 17. It is so stupid that they just randomly drop at spring training or even worse you scout prospects for months and months and the sim after the draft they drop 50 points. I was hoping to go to 18 just in hopes they fixed the scouting stuff.

and then you see "72" pot on the screen, click, go to scouting report and theyre really a 30 .. no wonder im such an "easy trader"

I was actually wondering about this, which one is more accurate? I have a couple of guys that's potential on the screen and on the scouting report are different

I am having a really hard time remembering to look in the AL section for Greeks scores, it's going to take some getting used to.

The spring training ratings drops are so weird. The guy who was going to be my backup outfielder went into spring as a 25/56 (or something like that) by my scout and roughly the same by OSA. Two weeks into spring he's a 20/28ish yet he's hitting .400 and has been my best, most consistent outfielder.

My ratings dropped for two out of three drafted Rule 5 players, actually one had a potential of 65 or higher, today, now it is below 25 potential...weird. I guess I am not the only one who experienced this.
