And didn't we address this, why can't it simply be "under 26, under 7 years" ....this whole 25 and under, 6 years and under is unnecessary

to be fair, this is what confused me too. i knew 25 was important... but i didn't realize it was 25 and under.

I just thought it was a legitimate suggestion to simplify the rule and was met with Corey's response....thought Shels response deserved the same type of response
