Wanted to share this information since we discuss the number of injuries at times...

Markus (OOTP developer): In OOTP, the default setting even generates about 30% less injuries than in real life, but people still complain that the game is broken because they had three injuries in one week. Most users don’t realize how many injuries there are in real life.

Ted was right all along!!!

It would probably adversely affect immersion but it would be cool to put a premium on focusing a little more on depth. Then we'd see the free agent pool dry up real quick every year and into the season.
