One thing I noticed and love about 18 is it is much more realistic on guys learning a new position. O'Connor had no rating at 3B coming in to Spring Training and after one sim he went to a 54 and after the 2nd in the 80s. With his abilities on D that is much more likely than it taking an entire spring training to get to a 24 rating.

I just noticed this too, wow.

Hewitt was a 39 or something at 3B prior to the spring. I've been playing him there all Spring Training and now he is a 82.

I like it. An ARod type switch for him over to 3B with Todd being the Jeter.

It was never as lopsided as everyone acted in my opinion but maybe that's because
of my NL roots. I still think with NE, Richmond, and Boston that 3 of the top 4 teams are in AL with the other being PO. Eff that Cinderella story killing Washington team
