After many conversations, and feeling out his passion for everything OOTP he is the ideal candidate to take over next.

Please welcome in Billy as the new commish of the OOTP.

I will help him any time he needs it and i know he will do amazing things for the future of our league.

We had a good run in the Cnasty era. I dont know how that compares to other commish stats but its time to pass the torch and have some new blood and life leading the way.

no coaches
star system instead of 20/80
OSA scout only

all options IMO to try and either change up the structure a bit or realize if coaches/20/80 and scouts are actually the way to go. To my knowledge we have not tried anything other than what we do. Why not try new things.

star system is simpler imo
coaches are just stupid and dont help imo...either that or there are not enough good/great coaches out there as the top teams hoard them
scout is the only one I would like to keep the differences when drafting.
