it seems contracts are a bit more realistic for extensions now. I have had two young guys give me realistic numbers in arb and then jump to 17-19 mil per demands. No more hometown discount. Greed may really play a factor.

Not all great so far. There are bugs for sure. In one of my other leagues prospects just keep retiring out of the blue. No emails saying they are pursuing other sports etc..nothing. It doesn't even show in the transactions log.
