I know someone brought this up before, said it was happening in one of their other leagues. Just had a minor league player retire, CL Shawn Gray. Dude was going to be a great closer. No reason why, just...retired.

On a serious note, maybe we should vote on this. Personally I think we should not bring them back unless it becomes super common and we think it is a real glitch. If it’s not very common maybe the fellas just had enough and retired

I think whatever we decide now, we have to stick with it. Even if guys start retiring left and right, we have to stick with the decision as it wouldn't be fair to Pete or guys who had players retire that we didn't bring back if we later decided to start binging them back.

We only have one now but it's apparently a known issue that is somewhat common on 19.

In the past when it happened there would at least be an email from the player saying he is retiring for whatever reason. When there is no email at all and a young player just retires...something is not right.

Game is patched pretty frequently, why not bring them back until it's released in the hot fix notes that this has been addressed?

For my other league I am not sure anything was posted. Whatever developer our commish talked to asked for our league files and was looking into it. Not sure what the outcome was.

The weird part in our other league is it was happening multiple times. Not just once. The #1, and #45 prospects in the entire league just retired for no known reason.
