This is the best FA class we have had in quite a while. Some real difference makers in there. Just a matter of if you are willing to lose a 1st rounder for an old vet. Hint..... I AM

He’s dropped multiple times and is still blue and pitched arguably the best postseason this year.

Not saying he deserves a 5 year contract but dude is still good.

There hasn't been anyone good for long enough recently to really take that spot, so you gotta run with Niddler even if his glory days were 10+ years back.


Plus he has a solid team now, so the next few years we can definitely focus on him as the best to not win it all at the moment.
