what is the need for a restart? New guys taking over teams is one of the simmest parts of our league as it happens all the time in real life, new gms, owners, and coaches. Nice thought!

Maybe the scouts are something to look at though, can they be adjusted somewhat?

I'm generally firmly against the get rid of comp picks team, but if this happens every season, it may be time.

Its not just the quantity. Years also matter. Why accept 1 year 12M when can get 3 years at 21M etc. You really have to consider the contract as a whole.
