Can you change the camera views? I didn't like it during the demo because when on offense, it was hard for me to track the ball in the air on a pass play

Just to answer the camera questions, I did not see an option for the camera. So it's a take it or leave it motto I suppose for NCAA Football 10.

Question 2

Is the game more playable then last year as far as the CPU on offense etc......? Or is it just a game killer straight out of the box? Thanks

Definitely. I honestly consider it to be much more playable out of the box. I had a very skeptical attitude going into my first play session with NCAA...but I'm gradually liking the gameplay more than last year simply because it seems more balanced. It's FAR from perfect or a huge leap forward from 09...but it feels like what 09 probably should have been like balance wise. My scores have been very respectable so far.

My question too. Even though I thought they were ok. Also how do TeamBuilder teams look/play? Like any other team in the game?

Graphics look very similar to previous years. The lighting is exaggerated a bit more than the past couple of NCAA's but they haven't taken a step back by any means.

My first game was a game between the Velma-Alma Comets and the Ringling Blue Devils...to relive high school glory days. Thanks to my tedious creation ( ) both teams looked awesome. No glitches or anything of the like that I noticed, so we're good on TeamBuilder it looks.

Is back juke added to the final version? It wasn't in the demo.

Are you sure it wasn't in the demo?

Either way, it's definitely in the retail version, I used it once or twice and it's listed in the manual as well (had to double check myself to make sure I wasn't going crazy!)

Out of curiousity, are you using the EA-promised roster correction, or the default rosters? Obviously not going to ask anything more specific than that per your guidelines.

How effective are "set up" plays? I couldn't get a feel for how well these work in the demo. Likewise with the coaching strategy options; how effective are these?

I might just suck at NCAA, but it seems like the adjusting of strategy has a subtle effect on the game. I haven't played with it that much, but I haven't noticed much of a difference when playing. Of course, that could be because I haven't used the feature that much yet.

As far as set-up plays....I've had a few set up at 100% and I didn't execute them when they were. So the good news is: the feature doesn't guarantee success. The bad news? The feature may or may not work as intended if that's the case

so you're saying there is variable attendance? not always a sellout?
and if the home team is getting destroyed..do the fans in the stadium decrease?

Definitely variable attendance.

As for the latter, I have to lose first

With that said, I'm playing on AA and I'm undefeated at 3-0 with NMSU. So NCAA 10 might just be easier than NCAA 09.

How is the WR/DB josteling?

And if you have played Madden 10 is it similar to what they have? (Granted I have not seen much josteling in the early Madden 10 videos either?)

At least...that's how I'd describe it in NCAA 10. It seems very low key and not all that well implemented

1)The computer running game is slightly better than 09....but only slightly. I still think it's not done properly myself.

2)INTs aren't as big of a problem as last year, that's for sure.

3)AI does adjust, especially for me and my Urban Meyer style option attack. I usually run a few tendencies for the first part of a game and then switch and use a completely different set of backs and plays for the second part, which throws the AI off quite a bit. At least it seems to have done the case so far

1. Does the CPU pull the starting QB after 4 ints? This was done in last gen but removed on next gen.

2. Are stadiums still ALWAYS full or do weak schools have small crowds?

3. Are there more frequent stat overlays this year?

1)I haven't seen this yet simply because I'm only 6 games in....so far I haven't seen the computer sub out for poor play though.

2)Yes, NMSU's crowd is only half the stadium or so.....so far

3)Stat overlays seem to be less than last year actually. Not sure if that is officially the case, but I have to go hunting to see what my stats are.

Field degregation and messy uniforms are pretty much the same as before. I haven't ever thought it looked good when the rain began. But that's just MHO

I have a very odd question for you. On the play week menu in dynasty (where they list the weeks games), does the menu always begin at the top after you simulate a game? That always annoyed me to death.

Also, are there in-game score updates in dynasty this year like last-gen has always had?

No on the score updates...at least they aren't noticeable if so.

And on the menu, it seems to be the same as before. Now that you mention it, it kind of annoys me too

Can we create recruits in OD?
Can you actually have a solid defense now or is it like 09 where all defenses suck?
Does speed take over or is it more balanced?

Online Dynasty - I can't answer anything on that since I'm not playing one right now Will have info in the review though.

Gameplay is more balanced so yes, you can have a good defense. I just finished a 17-7 game against New Mexico.

Speed definitely can be a killer...but it's not as pronounced as last year IMO.
