Golf Cart Reminders
- Never drive recklessly. Drive courteously. Obey all vehicle traffic laws and rules of the road.
- Only licensed drivers should operate golf carts.
- Do not drive golf carts or other motorized vehicles on the sidewalks, hike&bike trails, common area grass or fishing pier.
- Please reduce speed and use extreme caution in high pedestrian traffic areas, such as parking lots and near common areas.
- Please park golf carts in a parking space. Never park on a sidewalk, on the grass or in a fire lane.
- Avoid distractions while operating the golf cart just as you would in an automobile. Be safe and attentive.
- Only carry the number of passengers for which there are seats.
- Drivers and all passengers should keep all body parts inside cart and stay seated while in motion.
We see kids probably like 10 or 12 years old driving them around our neighborhood, and every time, Xander is mesmerized and just wants to drive one so badly

Common areas. They don't care if you drive it on your own lawn.
Most likely, it is for insurance and to cover their own ass so if anything ever happens, they can say, we told you so.
Something that size shouldn't even qualify as a "golf cart" and, depending on how fast it goes, shouldn't be driven by someone without a license on an actual street.
That is a regular golf cart with a little bigger wheels. It is no longer or wider.
Those are very popular around here in campgrounds where people have a permanent location.

Only 2 places I see these... neighborhoods that I can't (or don't want?) to afford to live in and campgrounds/lakeside communities.
