Wasted Memory wrote:That's actually the same one we were looking at. They have the memory foam and the hybrid in that for the exact same price. My problem is the mattress (comes with 2 free pillows + mattress protector) + adjustable frame = $$$$ + a $300 gift card in return. The Nectar I've been looking at is $$ with all of that minus the gift card. Plus it's a 365 day trial period and lifetime warranty.

Snagged a similar all in one deal. I wouldn't be too caught up with laying on these. I'm ok with our's, but there is a big difference between how it felt the day we bought it and how it feels today. (Fair chance it's just my fat butt) With that said, the 'throw-in' 2 pillows have made as much difference as the bed for me. They had some cool-gel coating, tempur pillows that have been a game changer.

We bought a King Size hybrid mattress from Value City Furniture with the frame that raises and lowers, we love it.
We looked at a sleep number and while I loved it, we had to decide between that setup and a new car! :D

Sleep Number are glorified air mattresses.

Didn't like them at all and way over priced.

While they are an air mattress, I love how they keep it the same all night.
So if I role on my side, it will adjust to keep me at my number.
And that helps keep pressure off certain points of your body, but for like $12-$13k, I was like, umm, no.

I've heard some bad things about the sleep numbers. Was interested but eliminated them. After looking closer, it's not the mattress you got Corey that we were looking at. It was just Adapt.

I'm probably leaning more toward the Nectar right now so I can afford to get the mattress and adjustable frame.

I heard good things about Nectar and they were on our list but concerned about long term reliability with these online vendors.

Now is the time to buy though as many places do huge memorial day sales. .
Happy shopping

So I hop out to go and pick up my wife from the airport today and I get to my car and my license plate is stolen. I have European plates so they are kinda targeted but I thought it was more a myth then something to really worry about. They leave a phone number on the car. I call and obviously my Russian accent immediately gives me away as a foreigner and he says if I want my plates back it won’t be cheap and I better come with money. I legit call a number and do like a hostage game for a few blocks as they set meeting points. I come with 1k as I have no idea how this will go. After I finally meet the dude he asks for for 200 UAH. That’s a little less than 8 bucks. Next time you make me waste two fucking hours and miss Tiger tee off it better cost me a lot more. God damn it Ukraine!!!!!!!

That is fantastic. You should have offered a bottle of cheap vodka or some Rustler blue jeans instead.

I was gonna says, can't you just report them as stolen and go get new plates, but hell, $8 is cheaper than getting new plates.

I think he was saying he had to speak in Russian for these guys and his obviously terrible pronunciation and accent in speaking the language gave him away immediately as a foreigner.

Its not like he has a normal russian accent that he acquired while being there.
