the little dots next to ovr, off, def...what do they mean?

Well its either I've never noticed them before or they are new. Next to each team's OVR, OFF,and DEF there is are elongated dots next to each when you go to the play now screen-this is offline. Anyone know what those are supposed to mean?

I figured it out. For some reason EA thinks we are so dumb that the general public cannot tell the difference between a B or B minus so a dot is given to show the advantage, a tie between ratings or no dot at all meaning that category is at disadvantage compared to the other team. Wow, I never would have realized an A outweighs a B. Great innovation!
