For some reason, I don't think that's a very impressive stat. Maybe the impressive part is that it shows that he's never really played with a dominant interior finisher. When he was feeding Bosh, he also had Wade/Allen getting their buckets. All these guys are more outside-in than Davis. Generally leading to a lower FG% overall. It's probably also relevant that he's handling the ball a bit more in LA (pretty sure this is true, no idea where to grab a stat on that).

Not sure how that rates out among the league (probably top this season I'd guess), but by comparison I think of a legendary combo like Stockton to Malone and I'd guess that they were in the 400-600 neighborhood most seasons.

Did a quick search to see if it was easily accessible, but I didn't see it.


1 interesting thing I did see. Stockton played 19 seasons and had 15,800+ assists. If you had up all of the assists for the league leader in assists each season over the past 20 seasons, it's still less than Stockton's career total.

I think it’s garbage

Mid season tourney is forced and pointless ... get euro teams and China and Australian teams involved and I’ll be somewhat interested

Reseeding final 4 is gross. The idea of seeing teams from same conference playing in finals doesn’t sit well with me. Why start the reseeding at 4? Would rather just dump conferences all together and play balanced schedule and seed naturally.
