Once you have exported for the day go ahead and download the new update. There is a link below. EVERYONE WILL HAVE TO DO IT OR EXPORTS WILL NOT TAKE STARTING TOMORROW. This is a hot patch to fix the OSA scouting issue that was mentioned yesterday.

MAKE SURE TO EXPORT FOR TODAY BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE. YOU MUST UPDATE PRIOR TO DOWNLOADING NEW FILE TOMORROW SO I RECOMMEND EXPORTING TODAY AND THEN DOWNLOADING.

It is amazing that a thread on OOTP forums sparked this hot patch so quickly but they can't fix simple ass things like guys getting released from college and the wild scouting variances.

If we could get Shel to unload on the OOTP forums for a solid week we could have one hell of an OOTP21

I'm not even following what's been going on. What does this fix?

Somewhere along the lines (a few have traced it back to Perfect Team being released in OOTP19) there was a glitch where OSA=true ratings no matter whether you had scouts on/off or what accuracy setting. So if you saw an OSA guy with a really high potential but actual ratings did not match it suggests his true ratings are awesome. That is kind of what I gathered but basically OOTP always showed the true ratings rather than being "scouted" or whatever you want to call it. This hot patch fixes the issue back to the way it is intended and was prior to OOTP 19/20

Not sure, I will click the run full scouting thing tomorrow. From what I gather OSA stuff should probably change some but not scout. Who the hell knows.

Basically OOTP is saying draft and field your team based on nicknames you like because they have effed up scouting so damn bad they have no idea which way is up.
