Just an odd set of stats or whatever for me, but

I've had 8 starting pitchers this season. All but two have a winning record. The SP with the 2nd most wins also has the most loses at 10-13. His ERA is at 4.34 which ranks 2nd worst on my team. My team batting average has been, for most of the season, ranked 9th or below right along with runs scored. How in the hell has he won 10 games?

I'm not really looking for an answer to this, was just something that struck me as odd and made me laugh for a second.

When I joined the league I was told you had to offer slot to get the pick the next year. I thought it was a rule the game enforced. I have not seen any setting that can make you enforce that.

I wish we would get rid of the negotiating and just have them sign with our teams.
