Alabama enjoyed the sweep of Seattle in Seattle, that had to be quite disappointing. Fans were walking out of the stadium muttering the Windstorm are just pretenders.

I know lol. In the past during spring training he would say that the fines were for the organization limit also (would list the teams who were over in the thread but that didn't happen this time) and there are like 8 teams still over that number. So thats why I was wondering if maybe I missed something and that 164 was no longer a rule.
