Team chemistry is killing me right now. I brought in a second captain a couple sims ago and already have some leaders along with no one disruptive, but do have one outspoken and one selfish player.

Manager report tells me the clubhouse is in complete disarray with people getting in to fights. Read that not having a manager has an impact on team chemistry so I've begrudgingly brought in a manager this sim. Really hoping this will settle them boys down and get everything straightened out.
