If your trade involves a pick it 100% must go through S+ no questions asked or the picks won't get traded. The tool is pretty easy to use but if you have questions please fire away.

I know we are using ghost players as the commish has showed me and told me. Might want to keep an eye out for any of your prized arms in minors as i have seen the pitch count in the 140-170 range in minors. no idea whats going on, but i had to limit each high rated guy to 115 pitches in the in game strategy for the player

- Draft is now live! Be prepped with a list or to pick as our drafts move quite fast.
- If you make a trade with a draft pick during the draft period just ping me on slack in a thread on the trade so I can process it as quickly as I can. It might be tough with a short timer and if I'm busy etc so if you want to trade away a pick now is the time to start advertising and working on the deal. And so we have a set rule, I will NOT pause the clock if you are working on a deal. Get it done before your timer or the pick get's auto.
- So far, of the few trades we had with picks, they all look pretty good value wise to me. Some on the end of each spectrum but no one is getting rinsed in these trades which I knew would happen because you all are smart GMs. I know some of you still hate it and have concerns and I appreciate that, but I'm asking you to give it a couple seasons to breathe. If it truly does start to become a negative for the league, rest assured we will turn it off. But I don't think it will. And for reference we've had half as many trades since it was turned on as most of last year.....and it's the 2nd week of May.
