How do i put a video in my recap?

I have the account set up, but when I try saving the file and uploading it, it basically just giving me an error. Is there some file name I have to save it with to get it to load correct? Something I need to know about uploading it? Thanks.

I always do it through EASportsworld

I save it as a flv file. ex. DukevsWVDevinetd.flv

and then go to Twango and upload it there. The only think I don't like is the tie dye coloring of the screen before it is played.
