Re: HOW FAR IS TOO FAR??
I KICK A FIELD GOAL INSIDE OF 37 YARDS( 54 YARD FG) DONT THIMK MY KICKER COULD MAKE IT PAST THAT. IN REGARDS TO MY OPPONENTS, DO WHAT FLOATS YOUR BOAT. IF YOU HIT A 62 YARDER AND IT HITS THE NET INTHE BACK BEHIND THE POST,ILL JUST MUMBLE TO MYSELF "THIS GAME IS SO SHITTY" AND I MOVE ON.

i was a my wifes company dinner friday ,and i was telling a guy there about NDL. He play s ncaa and i played him online a few times.. (not ndl material.total cheeser. had wr at running back and went for it on every 4th down, and ran the same 4 plays all game) well i was telling him about our convention and we couldnt believe it. so he goes to my wife, sound like hangover movie part 2, and my reply to that was " except we wont fall asleep in this one"Cnasty wrote:I heart you.oldschoola wrote:Fuck it who cares all i am thinking about is VEGAS![]()

Come on guys...there is cheese, and then there is stuff that just falls under the flaws of the game. Kicking a field goal at no time should be considered cheese. If you can hit one from your own goal line, go for it. Relax fellas, you know cheese when you see it...it would suck horribly to have every single aspect of game play regulated...it would eventually come down to who got the most breaks since there would be very little user involvement.

The best point of your thread. Just relax.TerpsMustDie wrote:Relax fellas,
I don't know why guys seem to be getting more and more and more pissy about EVERY little thing lately.
I'm going the opposite way. When I started out in the league, I'd get annoyed a lot with little things. Now, rarely do I ever get annoyed by anything.
Re: HOW FAR IS TOO FAR??
shel, that is b/c you quit trying to be the champion of the league and settled with being a bowl team. you are like a bridesmaid, sure you are going home with a groomsman named Chet, but you don't have the burden of having to pay for the the wedding.

You may be right. Unless I'm forgetting someone, I may have the longest streak of 8+ win seasons at 12. Oh, and I'm getting married in 12 days and I STILL don't have the burden of paying for the wedding.

I've gone the same way. If there is something blatant and impossible to overlook, I will say something. But that would be things like WR at QB, going for it on 4th in a close game in your own territory, things of that nature. You want to throw in the flats all day...have at it. Stunt your lines...fine. I find it more entertaining to counter these things than to complain about them. Most of all, we need to remember it's a game. I'm competitive as hell, but this is something I do for fun and an escape. It takes a lot to rile me up these days...maybe it's because I'm married and no longer own my balls...who knows?

Sounds like Shel was smart enough to find a chick with money who's family is paying for their wedding.

Re: HOW FAR IS TOO FAR??
Our wedding was paid for and we covered the honeymoon. It's nice to have that for sure, but if that wouldn't have been the case, we would have just had a destination wedding.Dolemitesooner wrote:Sounds like Shel was smart enough to find a chick with money who's family is paying for their wedding.

Living 1 street over on Pineloch, still renting from your favorite Dowlings, lol. We've been looking to buy a house for about 6 months, but stopped for now with the wedding stuff coming up. We'll probably pick back up sometime after the honeymoon.TerpsMustDie wrote:Congrats man, that's awesome! Where are you getting married? You still living at Illiana?shel311 wrote:You may be right. We were originally on our own to pay for our own shit, so we decided we were going to Vegas. So I booked a flight and hotel, and all we had left to do was to pick a wedding package online.
Well, I guess her mom didn't think we were serious about the Vegas wedding cause she freaked out and offered to pay for the entire wedding if we did it in Orlando, lol.
I still wanted to go the Vegas route, but the future wife gave in to her mom. So her mom paid for the upcoming wedding and we're just gonna use the flight/hotel in Vegas for the honeymoon.
