and in the end, regardless of who gets behind, usc/texas would more than likely play in the championship because of who they play in the season.
That could be an interesting FACT-OID...What was the highest ranked team in NDL history to come from a Non BCS school?? Be interesting to see if we've ever seen a team around the top like that.
when I take over a new team, I usually don't schedule the 1st two weeks of games to get the extra practice time in. might hurt me in polls to take off the 1st two weeks, oh well. not really interested in any pole but the brass ones with girls sliding up n down them.

This is true, you and TCU were the only two teams to start the season with two bye weeks. It did lead both of you into week 3 of the INT Challenge. Only about 10 QBs in the league officially made it into week 3.

well im playing my 1st league game tonight,so ill probably be joining the ranks of the int club tonight
yeah i didn't mean memphis as memphis was just using team names to show 3 like teams all going undefeated then the top team was dropped down early because not him....but the guys he had to play was never around so the league drops him in the polls and he can never get his spot in the title game back because others didn't play him on time while he posted and waited on them everyday
During the regular season I ll move guys down for not playing if it is habitual not playing, or if it appears that is ducking certain games as AJ said. Because I reward those for playing on time and having a good season, they should receive their limelight too..
Now with that said.. while I vote this way all season long, On the last poll the only one that matters anyway I dont.
By this time all games should be played/simmed. So I wipe the slate clean, and vote based on record, sos, and a number of other factors.
The reason for this method is because while not all games are played on time due to many reasons whether their fault or not..
IN the event it is not their fault I will allow them to move toward the top fo the poll if they overall season warrents it.
Also any team with sim wins will place lower then a team, with a team that played all games, as well as the teams that didnt play just they were in no hurry to get them in on time. I will ding them on the final polls, when comparing them to comparable teams for placement in the poll.
In the end I look at your overall season and how your team performed, using all my criterias.. I have never believed in the bs it is better to have lost early then late.. If team A is better then Team B then it doesnt matter when they lost, or if the game was played a week late. Team A is still better.
