any help on WTF it is, all my research shows stupid shit like DMZing your router, which I already have done. Couldnt log on last night and tried before work this morning and its the same.

It looks like it is a communication error. Probably lost packets or slow response times keeping you from logging in. There was a IW response to the problem but it looks like it was taken down.

Assuming this isn't a server-side problem, you need to check all your shit and see if there is a bottleneck anywhere.

Do a speed test first to check your ISP. http://www.speedtest.net

If your speeds are fine then try taking your router out of the equation. Plug directly into the PS3 and reboot your modem. You might have to go thru the PS3 network setup again to make a connection.

If that doesn't work then you have to call support because the problem probably isn't on your end.

If that does work then you might just do a factory reset on your router and set the DMZ back up. Sometimes the routing tables will get jacked up and a reset will correct that.


BTW, you can do the above in any order. Sometimes when my stuff is acting up, I'll just do a factory reset and reset the DMZ before testing anything else.
