Boards acting up again?

I've notice my view new posts are up around 20+ pages again. Even when I click mark forums read. Anyone else having this issue again? I remember it goig on a few months ago.

I think when it happened before, they said if you just cleared your cookies or something, it'd fix it. I could be wrong though.
